Default Help - Send mail from Excel

Dear All,

I need a help, I must send a particular set of Cells for example from A1 to
B20 through mail,l can i do it.
if I click a button (or macro) it should go from excel. it will be very
help. it helps me to same lots of time. Ple help me out with this..

Thanx a lot.
Ron I am using Lotus notes. Sorry i dint let you know aout this before.
It would be very helpfull if you could let me know how to do it for Lotus
Notes.
