Default Copying and validating data from two sheets

Hello All,

Well here we go! I have come across a situation that I could use with
some help. I have two worksheets in two different files. For our easy
understanding lets assume that the first workbook is WBA and second is
WBB. The first worksheet of WBA is WBAS1 and the first worksheet in WBB
is WBBS1. Well hope this is simple enough !

What I need to do is this:
I have the following structure in WBAS1 :

Region : xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Sales Person Target Expected
Miss Percentage
aaaaa 100 100
0 100%
bbbbb 100 90
10 90%

Region: yyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy
Sales Person Target Expected
Miss Percentage
aaaaa 100 100
0 100%
bbbbb 100 90
10 90%

And this could be for 4-5 regions in this sheet.

On the WBBS1 what I have is this :
Region : xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Sales Person Target Expected
Miss Percentage
aaaaa 0 0
0 0
bbbbb 0 0
0 0

What I need to do is correctly map the data from WBAS1 to WBBS1 and
also validate that expected+miss = target

I have as many as 40 such sheets (WBAS1) type and WBB has different
sheets for each country with different regions. What is the best way
to get this data done so that I dont have to manually enter the data
from WBAS1 to WBBSx (where x is from 1 to 8)

Any help in this direction will be highly appreciated. Dont know
whether this a dumb question to ask but nevertheless I am a little
worried since I need to get this done everymonth and it is not 100%
accurate :-(
Also a point to note that the filename of WBA changes from month to
month. So I should be able to choose the file I want and also the
region from WBA so that the macro (or something else) will pick the
data from the particular region and put them in the WBBx sheet for that
country region. One good thing though is that the format for all WBA
type workbooks and WBB workbook is constant.

Thanks and looking forward to getting some directions :
Regds
