Default switching between 2 arrays in one form

Hi

I wonder if someone can discuss the following problem and to come up with a
possible solution.

I have a form with the need for 2 small arrays

one relating to height
one relating to drop

The arrays allow the user to put in sizes of different measurements and are
used to keep a running total.

There is a 2 option buttons called width and drop and by toggling this i
would like to dynamically swap betweent the arrays without losing the data.

I understand when i change the swap ... that i need to repopulate the form
with the correct array data.

The caculation to the arrays are identical.. and i have something called
testarray which is currently my coded version to test the data going in, but
i do not know if i can create a varaiable from the options button which will
basically swap test_array for width_array or drop_array as variable names..
i presume the only other way is to create a function which pushes the
selected name to the routine which manipulates and stores the array ...

Any ideas ?

Thanks in advance

Devo
