Default Building automatic E-mail alerts or reports based on conditional a

I have developed an shared excel spreadsheet that has date deadlines
associated with specific individual projects. I have set up conditional
alerts that turn the cell red when the deadlines dates are reached. New
projects are constantly created, but the dealines remain fixed from the start
of the project i.e. deadline 1 is 90 days after start of project etc. The
spreadshhet and conditonal alerts work fine.

What I am looking for is a way to either produce a report or e-mail alert
notifying specific individuals when the deadlines have been reached along
with the project name and description of the alert, or as an alternative
build a report listing all the conditional deadlines (only the projects that
have reached a deadline) have been reached, along with the name of the
project. How would one go about doing this? The report could be a web page,
XML, or word document? Thanks in advance.
