Default automatically detect excel file in designated directory and convert to pdf

Hi,
Can anyone help me with this?

Does anyone know how to code excel to automatically detect an excel
document in that designated directory or folder and convert it to pdf
with password?

For example if there is any new input into the designated directory or
folder, it should be automatically convert into PDF with password.
