Default Macro - Save As - Changing

I have a spreadsheet which updates with consecutive numbers (for a
Purchase Order # format). I wish to have a macro, which will save the
document, into a specified folder, using the PO # as the file-name.
Is there any way to automate this process?

Thanks in advance for any help.
