Default Using Macro to Save xls to txt without changing file format

Hello,

I want to create a macro that converts the xls file into a txt file but does
not alter the original xls file. I read the comments on this board and I
think this has been answer but I am not good at Visual Basic. If someone
could provide a step by step on how to do this it would be greatly
appreciated!

Scott
