The indicator is still showing on the screen. The sheet doesnt contain any
formulas. It contains data that the user will need to use on another sheet. I dont want the user to accidently delete the data, therefore I protected the sheet. Gary Keramidas wrote: go to tools/options/error checking and uncheck the box for unlocked cells containing formula I do not want the cell indicator to appear on my worksheet. The worksheet is protected and all of the cells are locked. When I protect my sheet, the cell [quoted text clipped - 4 lines] indicator? Is there anyway I can solve this problem?
