Default Excel help with database & report

This is a long one. I collect a large amount of quarterly financial
performance data from fund managers that my firm's clients are invested
in. I would like to create a report that consolidates this data into a
report for them. Problem is it's a big tedious report I'm doing
manually. I'd like to use the following steps:
1)I send out a questionnaire to each manager asking for this data. I'd
like to be able to download this data into one Excel "database" when
received from the manager so it is stored in one place. How do I create
this database? How do I set up my Questionnaire so that this data is
pulled from the Questionnaire into Database when received?
2)I would then be able to select a Client then the funds they are
invested in.
3)Pull data from this database into my report.

I know its a little vague but I need whatever direction you can give
me. Thanks.
