Default cell formatting

Use Format/Conditional formatting!

Select your column, say E, and fill the format conditions dialog box like
this:

Cell value Greater then =LARGE(E:E,6)

and choose a format (say color)

Stefi

What if I want to highlight the 5 highest numbers in each line (and I
have 30 lines)? Can this be done?
