Use Format/Conditional formatting!
Select your column, say E, and fill the format conditions dialog box like this: Cell value Greater then =LARGE(E:E,6) and choose a format (say color) Regards, Stefi owl527 ezt *rta: Hi, if I have a column of numbers and I want to the top 5 highest number to be highlighted automatically.
