Hello.
I have a spread sheet which contains many textboxes that are filled in by macros and buttons that enable the user to decide what macros run. Most of the time it works great, but sometimes I will send the document to certain people and they will not be able to see any of the control forms. Their sheets don't display the text boxes or buttons. Is there a setting that needs to be turned on or off? When they send the same sheet back to me it works fine again. So I don't think the spreadsheet is broken...seems more like a display or security setting issue. Thank you very much for any help, Jordan |

Hello Jordan!
All I can offer is a wild guess: Let the users check their setting under tools = options = view = objects If that setting is set to "Hide all" they won't be able to see your controls. Just guessing! Hey Herbert,
Well I had her check that out, and "Show All" was selected. So, at least in this case, there must be something else, but I will keep that in mind in the future because it may be the problem with some of them. Update / New Question: There is a section of my code that emails back to me the info that the user types into a user form. I found out today that if I delete that section of code everything is fine. For security reasons, I don't want them to change their settings to allow just anyone to send emails on their behalf, but is there a way to change their settings to allow me to send or at least create emails on their computers? Thanks, jordan "Herbert" wrote: Hello Jordan!
