The versions can't be the same - modern Mac versions are 98/01/v.X and
2004, while Win versions are 97/00/02 and 03. WinXL00 and newer use
VBA6, which introduced some new commands and syntax, while all Mac
versions use VBA5. Most code which runs on WinXL97 will run on MacXL.

However, since you didn't bother to say what errors, much less post your
code, it's impossible to tell what the problem is.

Note that Mac is usually spelled in Title Case, not ALL CAPS.
