Default import data from close excel file

Hi,

I have to find specific datas from another table and import them. What
i have to do is this: the user writes down in a cell a paper type and
then press the buton to activate the macro.

The macro needs to take the paper type and look it up into another
excel file. In that excel file, next to the paper type are others
column with info on that paper type (like weight, width,...). When he
find the right paper type, i need the macro to importe specific cells
value into my open excel files.

How can i do that, I've been looking for it in different forum over the
net, but couldn't find it.

Can anyone help me?
