does anybody else have this problem?

twice today i posted, and then when i go to the post, it says, "Message is
no longer available on the server"

why are they being deleted?

Hi Gary,

Using OE, I find it an intermittent but perennial problem.

It is one reason why I sometimes respond to a question which has been
answered earlier and, invariably, better by others.

As I understand the cause, for the same news source, such as msnews, there
are multiple usenet servers in a "farm". Sometimes the servers get out of
synch. You post to one server. Then when you come back, you may be on
another server. Because they are out of synch, the post has not migrated to
the particular server you are accessing when the message occurs.
