Default How do I create If/Then Macros contingent on cell values?

I have a workbook that is used for building cost worksheets for job
proposals. Some of the "product" is located on different sheets in the
workbook with formulas to build "costs" and insert them on the front "Quote"
page. The problem is that I have to manually copy/paste every item that I
put a quantity in to the "quote" page. Is there a way to make Excel
Automatically do this?
