Is there any way to require a set response in a Textbox? I only what a Yes,
No or blank.

Patrick,
Use a list or combo box instead. That is their purpose, to present a limited
number of choices to the user.

I'm not sure what a blank would mean, but maybe just a checkbox for yes/no, too.
