Default Any comments on TurboExcel?

Saw the advert in this group for TurboExcel and it looks interesting.
Less interesting though when I realised that this will cost you at least
$1000 and even $3000 if you want to run it on computers other than your own.
Not sure now if this last applies to running compiled code or the compiling
process.
In any case is there anybody on this newsgroup that has an opinion about
this or even uses it?

I know nothing of the product - my only comment is that it is unprofessional
for them to have used this forum to advertise their software and that
personally I have reservations about any vendor who uses dubious or unethical
methods to promote their product.
