Default comments' pos

Hello,
I'm trying this in case there's a VBA solution...

I would like to change a comment's position.
First I follow the help (with comment visible, change the pos ). But when
non-visible, this pos is not used.

When the mouse is up to this cell, the comment is shown with it's default
pos, not the choosen one.
I would like to have a choosen position even with selective comments...
How to do this ?
