Is there an easy way to combine the "Paste Link" and "Transpose" features of
the Past Special command?

For example, if

A1 = 100
A2 = 200
A3 = 300

in one command (or macro, setkey, etc) I'd like to past into cells B1:D1 the
following:

B1 = $A$1
C1 = $A$2
D1 = $A$3
