Default customer database

I am wondering if there is a way to create a customer database that has
addresses in it, so when I enter information in to an electronic job ticket
the info pops up with the customer info?

Default customer database

Just type the information in a table and use Vlookup worksheet function to
retrieve it. See the help on Vlookup in Excel.
