While programatically adding a Custom Menu to a new Command Bar somehow one
of mind Custom Menus ended up on the command bar permanently. Even when I
restart the computer and open a new workbook this new option shows up on the
Command Bar next to the Help one. Where do I go to get this get rid of this?
Thanks,

Right-click the command bar | Customize | drag the recalcitrant item off
the bar.
