Can Excel interact with other Windows functions
"cdb" wrote in message ... Is there anyway of programming Excel to interact with functions of Windows that are independant to Excel? For example the volume control or printer monitor (or any other things in the task bar and/or start menu)? Yes, you have to find and declare the Windows API function that does what you want. In VBa, this is done pretty much like VB6 Here are a two links that I found: http://www.a1vbcode.com/code.asp?type=api http://vbnet.mvps.org/ /Fredrik |
