Creating a pick list
I suggest you look at Data Validation. Take a look at

I may be getting in way over my head here. Is it possible to creat a list that appears over an active sheet. The list would contain 150 names from another sheet. The reason being is that I need the names people add to the sheet to match exactly as numerous funtions are based on those names. Any thoughts or a direction to point me in?
