Default insert scanned worksheets,then apply formulas, similiar to backgr.

Dreaming, but would be nice to be able to scan in forms that could have
formulas applied to them later, rather than building from scratch, which is
very time comsuming and some forms from very difficult to reproduce excatly.
This maybe could be done in a similiar way to background which places cells
over a photo etc. I have just upgraded to excell 2003 from excell 97 and may
not know there is a similiar way to do it now. Some forms only need a few
formulas put in them, a lot of work to build them from scratch
