Send worksheet via email this spreadsheet button
Hi there,
I realize this may be a crazy request, but here it goes. I'm wondering if there is a VB script I can embed into a spreadsheet that once clicked on, it automatically saves the spreadsheet (whatever you've previously called it), opens your email program, automatically attaches the worksheet, and automatically adds the recipient (or recipients) email address in the to: line, making it ready to be sent. All someone would have to do is press send in their email program. Any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks! Angelo |

Hi Angelo,
See Ron de Bruin's sendmail pages at: http://www.rondebruin.nl/sendmail.htm --- Regards, Norman "Angelo" wrote in message ... Hi there, I realize this may be a crazy request, but here it goes. Send worksheet via email this spreadsheet button
Better than your request, the user doesn't even have to click on SEND.
The command is Sendmail "Angelo" wrote: Hi there, I realize this may be a crazy request, but here it goes. Send worksheet via email this spreadsheet button
This is exactly what i'm looking for. Thanks Norman!
I've been playing with it for a while and don't understand how i can modify it to automatically add all emails from the first row into the to: address line. The code is password protected using VBA so I'm a little confused as to how to modify it per the instructions on Ron's site. Sorry I'm not a programmer so any assistance would be much appreciated. BTW Everything else works perfectly. I just need it to automate the address part now (which it supposedly is capable of doing). Any SendMail pros out there? Any help is always appreciated. Thank you. -----Original Message----- Hi Angelo, See Ron de Bruin's sendmail pages at: http://www.rondebruin.nl/sendmail.htm --- Regards, Norman "Angelo" wrote in message ...
