Default To access built-in templates: Software Solutions and Busines...

How can I access the following built-in templates: Software Solutions and
Business Planner Templates from Excel 2003?

My "New dialog box" in Excel 2003 doesn't display all the tabs as did Excel
2002 New dialog box.

Choose FileNew
In the Task Pane, under Templates, click on "On my computer"
You should see the Spreadsheet Solutions tab, and you can select a
template there.
