HELP! input phone no from phone line
 how to input a phone no when the phone rings? Hi
this is called CTI (Computer Telephony Integration). Though possible you'll need at least: - some code for your telephone system (should be provided by your vendor) - have to access this aPI - create a process which looks for an event in this API To be honest: Don't do this with Excel!!!
