Default form creation

I forgot to say I tried the data validation pop up box but its limited to so
many characters and it wasnt enough for my case.

I would like to have a small form pop up or msgbox that pops up when the
user is in a particular column so I can show error entry codes. I am not
sure of how to achieve this, it must detect that the user changed the
column and then show entry data permissable for that row.

Advice much appreciated.

Regards
Peter
