Default Querying whether workbook was opened from inside or outside of exc

Hi everyone,

Was wondering whether there was a way of telling if a workbook was opened
from inside excel i.e file/open, or outside of excel i.e double clicking on a
workbook in windows explorer.

Cheers....Jim
