Default Keep format in Pivot Table

Hi,

How do I keep the format of a sum field in a pivot table?

I mean, I put the field in the Data Area, then format the numbers (ex:
comma separator and two decimals) but then if I take the field out and
then put it back in, the numbers are unformatted again.

Any Ideas?
Regards,
