Default Multi Check Boxes (Selecting Just One)

Hi;
I'm trying to figure out a way to have multiple checkboxes, but only
allowing one box to be selected. So if a user clicks on box "A", then
goes and clicks on box "B", box "B" will be selected and box "A"
automatically deselected.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers,
Kirk
