Default how to get the digital signature for my excel sheet?

Hi,
I want to add the digital signature to my excel sheet conating macros
I have 3 files

1.Certificate.cer
2.Certificate.spc
3.Certificate.pvk

even after installing the .cer and .spc file successfully. I am no
getting the digital signature why?

Are i missing some steps. Please help me in this.

I find that I have to use the pvkimprt utility from Microsoft's site and
run it twice for some reason on the same file. Then it works fine.
