Default Excel-Makro for automatically generated protocol out of todo-list

Hi Excel-experts,

I have following issue:
In my job, I often have meetings (as the most of you). In that
meetings a lot of todos and statements are defined. For that case I
have a simple Excel-list with all important columns (date, todo-date,
actuator, topic, responsible, item: open, closed or statement, etc.).
In my meetings, I am filling this list. What I would like to do is to
automatically generate a protocoll for each date looking like this:

ITEM XYZ Person XYZ Date XYZ (for todos)
STATEMENT XYZ (for
statements/facts)

Has anybody a suitable macro for me? I couldn't yet find something in
the web.

Thanks,
Alex
