Default ActiveX component not correctly registered error 336

A recent update to Norton Antivirus has seemed to corupt
the ActiveX in Excel.

Does anyone know how to re-install ActiveX or recover?
Just out of curiousity, is ActiveX a part of Excel or
seperate? Is it in all the Office products?
