Solver32.dll unavailable error, use excel setup to reinstall

Sorry for the premature post that it was fixed.
I have gotten the error again and this time I can't get rid of it.

Using Excel 2000 9.0.4402 SR-1, and Windows 2000 5.0.2195 SP
