Default disabling the "view code" tab - sheet protection?

im having to protect my sheets by enabling protection with a password in
vb so that when running searches, a user clicks the button and it
disables protection, runs the search, then enables it again, so making
sure they cant change anyhting but still enabling them to use the
buttons on the sheet.

however all they have to do to see the password is right click on the
sheet tab at the bottom of the window, and go to view code, one quick
look at the code and they can see the password.

there must be a way to stop them being able to go to view code on a
protected sheet?

Protect your project in the VBE = tools, "Project name" Properties, select
the protection tab, then lock project for viewing.

Don't forget your password.
