Default Office 97 VBA Help and Windows XP Home

I installed Office 97 on my new PC with Windows XP Home
operating system. When I try to open Excel's VBA Help
files I get an error message that VEENUI3.HLP can't be
found.

Does anyone anyone know anything about this problem?

I have the same setup at home with no problems.

Try re-registering excel via :-
Start/Run type .... excel.exe /unregserver ..OK
Sart/Run type .... excel.exe /regserver .... OK
(might need full path to excel.ex
