Default Reference Access created form in excel

I would like to use a form created in Access to update the database from my excel spread sheet. Is this possible either via the Active X controls or through the VBA code? And if so, is it possible to pass parameters similar to the " ? Please let me know if this is possible, or if I just need to get to work designing a user form in the VBA code

Thanks
