I'm a novice VBA/Excel 2003 programmer and am looking for
a good reference book on the subject. I noticed that there
are tons of references out there, but I'm not sure which
one to choose. I'm looking for one that has lots of code
examples and a good index.

I'm also looking for a reference guide that clearly
documents all the VBA Objects and functions, and shows
good clear examples of their use.

If anyone can recommend references/resources for the
above, I would greatly appreciate it.
