Will Application.CommandBars("Cell") be referenceed the same way for all
internation of excel like french, italian, german? or will it be Application.CommandBars("<languageSpecifcName") |

There was a discussion on this topic earlier this month, and the consensus
seemed to be that the name property of a commandbar should use the US English name in VBA. There was some concern that some localisation teams had not always followed this rule, but if it was the case, it seems to have been corrected.
