Default Visual Fox Pro ODBC msi package fails

I am trying to install the Visual Fox Pro ODBC driver
package for Excel 2002 and after downloading the msi
package and trying to install the package with admin
rights; the package says "Can't find source" and prompts
for the path to the msi package; despite the fact that it
has been saved locally to the workstation. Does anyone
have any suggestions? Thank you.
