Default Organizing words, willing to pay $ 100

Hi,

I'm looking for a function/macro that allow me to do the
following:

I have one file, with worksheets from 0-9 and from A-Z.

And a second file with one worksheet and one column on it,
with random words.

I want a function/macro that verifies if each cell from
the second file, is in the first file and if not, include
that cell to the corresponding worksheet from A-Z or 0-9.

The function/macro must allow repeating this process for
different files similar to the second one and including
everything organized on the first file.

If you can do this, please contact me at
for the $100.

Thanks.

Luis
