Default Don't know where to start

On one worksheet 1 I have rows of data dated. On sheet 2 I
want to create some sort of a template so when someone
enters a Date or a time frame all the data on sheet 1 that
falls on that date or between that time frame will
populate sheet 2. Is this possible? Thanks for any help.
