Default UserForms compatibility problems

Hello all,

I am having an issue with Excel Office XP with an older form created in
Office 2000. There is only one user that has Office XP, and the rest have
2000.

The problem is that there in a userform that we use for input of data into a
sheet created in office 2000, the objects all get deleted from the form in
office XP. The code remains, but the objects disappear.

I have tried importing the form after opening the workbook in XP, and it
deletes the objects even then. I checked the MS site's knowledgebase, but
nothing terribly useful. You folks seem to be much faster, and more
knowledgeable, so hopefully one of you has heard of this before.

Thanks for any help!
