Default How To Hide Code?

I use Excel 97 on Windows NT and 2000. I thought that protecting the
sheet would also hide the code but it doesn't. I can't seem to find
anything in the help file about this - can anyone offer advice? Thanks
a lot in advance.

Alan,

In the VBA Editor, go to the Tools menu, choose VBA Project Properties, then
the Protection tab. There, put a check next to "Lock project for viewing"
and enter a password.

- That doesn't make any sense.
- Barry, this is exactly the kind of desperate grip on rationality that
keeps you from getting promoted every year.
