Default Hide Code

I have sort of finished the attendance spreadsheet I was working one. I
would like to make it look really nice to the user.
1. Is there a way to hide the code in the edit section?
2. Is there also a way to hide all the ugly formating stuff and just have a
pretty spreadsheet for them to use?
Thanks for your help.
