Default Excel Versions

Hi,

I have an application that was written in Excel 97. I have run it under
Excel2003 and it's OK.
However, in Excel2003 I made a slight amendment to the code and saved it.

Now, when I try to save in Excel97, I am persistently told that the app. was
created using a later version of Excel, even though I have saved it again in
Excel97.

How can I disable this annoying dialogue ?

Regards,
Don
