Default Beginner Books

Hi all,

I've been turned into a "reports coordinator" at work. While I'm very good
with Office XP, I have never used much of the programming features, macros,
VBA, etc. I have come to realization that I could make my life less
difficult if I could program somethings with macros and VBA. I have begun
to utilize macros but could use more help.

I would like to ask you all for some recommendations for good books to help
me get started. My main focus right now is Access and Excel.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Jim
