Could anybody recomend me a link to learn EXCEL from a beginner to
using all functions.

Feel free to look at http://www.auditexcel.co.za/training.html although the
focus is mainly on intermediate features. At the very least look at the
Basics page which will show you how to use the Auditing Toolbar and Function
wizard.
